    Description

    Rare and wonderful late 19th century plaster anatomical model of the bones and tendons in the hand. Has a brass tag in the side from The Fritz Volland Co. Chicago Ills. There are letters that likely corresponded to a key used as a teaching aid. Made of painted plaster with a white hand in black base. There is the remnants of an old paper label on the back long list to time. It has a hook where i could be hung. Some loss to the upper right corner, middle of hand and end of thumb. Some chipping to edges and hand. An absolutely awesome addition to any oddities or antique medical device collection. Measures 9.75”x5”x2”
